These latex rubber bands are a very popular training aid for a large variety of applications. Great for assisted pull ups, attaching to bars and benches for increased resistance, power development, and stretching the upper or lower body. All bands are 105cm long and 4.5mm thick. The strength is determined by the width.

• Yellow: 20mm wide - Resistance Level 1: 4kg – 20kg
• Green: 32mm wide - Resistance Level 2: 12kg – 35kg
• Red: 44mm wide - Resistance Level 3: 20kg – 50kg
• Blue: 65mm wide - Resistance Level 4: 28kg – 65kg
